ABOUT US

The two industry leaders co-organised the “All You Can Cook!” x “Happy Green Campaign” Culinary Competition, encouraging participants to unleash their creativity by transforming surplus or neglected ingredients into delicious, innovative dishes. The competition concluded successfully in September 2025 and the results are available here.
In 2026, Maxim’s Group continues to invite staff members to create 50+ professional zero-waste recipes. In the second half of the year, the initiative will also expand into schools, incorporating food-saving concepts into culinary education, paving the way for a more sustainablefuture!
